Junks.hk is committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that changing your booking during peak periods or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a penalty charge to cover any associated costs to providers. If a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the refund policy, cancellation requests will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 10 working days, and any applicable penalty charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
From time to time boat charters can be impacted by adverse weather conditions such as Typhoons and heavy rain. Refunds of this nature will be determined by the terms and conditions of charter that you agree to in completing your purchase and are included in your confirmation email.
Please Note: applicable fees that will be deducted from any compensation for cancellation include but are not limited to; payment processing charges, credit card fees, bank fees, and currency conversion charges where applicable.
